Current USA.json file only supports states map. For counties I need a different data source. Also a new directory structure for topojson files would make sense, examples

US specific

  • /topojson/counties/USA/states.json
  • /topojson/counties/USA/counties.json

vs.

More generic

  • /topojson/counties/USA.json
  • /topojson/counties/USA/counties.json
