Failed to build yago3 with mvn

Hi, I have trouble with compiling yago3. After I execute mvn command in accord with Readme, I got a error that the file can not be downloaded. The message is as followed :

I tested the link, but I got Error 404 which indicate the link doesn't exist. Please help me out. Thanks !

Hello,
has your university a maven proxy? It worked for me using wifi at my home. Maybe try configuring a proxy for maven? Maybe this answer on stackoverflow could help you.
