实现类似 FocuSee 的丝滑运镜

考虑到大部分这类型的软件都是付费的，且似乎没有Linux平台，故添加这个录屏功能，命名为“超级录屏”

  • 自动运镜
    • 移动
    • 缩放
  • 删除帧
  • 变速（如击键过程可加速）
  • 重绘光标
  • 视频层覆盖键盘提示
  • 摄像头叠加
  • 格式和编码
    • 图片
    • gif
    • webp
    • apng
    • avif
    • webm（vp8，vp9，av1）
    • mp4（avc，av1，vp9）
