vilatile gpu-util is zero but gup-memory is used, and cpu is full 100%

i guess the model is transformed to the gpu memory but is run on the cpu.
only at the begining ,gpu is p2,and the it will back to p8.

i use 1 gpu
显卡利用率一直为0，但是占用了635M显存，使用了8个cpu核心，都跑到了100%，请问有遇到过这个问题的吗，谢谢
torch1.5+cuda9.2 torch1.2+cuda10.2都用过，没有解决这个问题，显卡是titan x（帕斯卡）
