Person contacted with a different error occurring with their backups - the zipped up backup file unzips and all the files are in the main directory, not in the folders (which are also present and empty).

A few things to note about this ticket: It's a Window server, The size of the directories are not being found, so it's likely that the latest update caused the issue (they were unsure when this happened), since the latest update is where we worked on configuring the site size and stopped trying to display those that couldn't be configured/estimated.

Server Info

This is the most recent contact - I didn't understand what was happening when he last contacted me so asked him for a chance to look at the site directly.

So we need to

  • define how we currently determine whether the server is Windows-based and what the function is
  • research and test to determine why the recursive file listing isn't working appropriately
  • fix the issue 😁
