Review & documentation for Knowledgebase development process

I'll come back and add a bit more to this over the weekend, with specific processes I know would help me in doing more of the BUWP development. I'm sure there are lots of others ;-)

• Grunt compilation
• Sass (?) does the team use Sass or CSS and compile or use both?
• Bower?

Hey @sambulance we never did get around to going through this - but I have been trying to work through the local development setup myself. If you had even 1/2 hour sometime to help me make sure I know each of the different steps I am happy to complete the documentation!
