y轴怎么设置步长，为什么默认分成的5段，分成的段数不能改吗 #423

问题：
在折线图下
1: y轴无法显示竖线
2: y轴无法设置步长，例如，我只需要显示3类，y轴设置min：0，max：3，就会分成5段，不是我的原意
3: 拖动太卡
