CUDA driver

I tried to add the packages to the flake output in this branch, but the solid-cuda library cannot pass test. It cannot find the CUDA driver during test. I vaguely remember this can be solved by adding the driver to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH, but I forgot how.

I think either doing addOpenGLRunpath on the Haskell library or the test executable should work
