JAVLibrary scraper not working

I prefer to use JAVLibrary because its database is the most complete, many releases simply don't exist in some of the other websites like JAV Database.

Anyway, the JAVLibrary scraper appear to not work at all, and in the log file I see this:

I tried with and without VPN, various VPN IPs, nothing seems to work though.
