How can I config Agent Tools v1.0.json in Cursor

I prefer to use Claude sonnet 4.0 as AI agent to code with me. 
Is the "Agent Tools v1.0.json" and "Agent Prompt v1.0.txt" file tailored for Claude 4?
And how I can config the Agent Tools v1.0.json into my Cursor?
