Add remaining NPCs

This could be done by us or we can ask people to add themselves. We'll basically need a list of people to add to the game (It doesn't have to be everyone in wyeworks initially), and then get info on them to make up clues that would lead to guessing who they are.
I'd try to do it in a way that not everyone would have access to the repo and see everyone else's responses.
