应该是不会的。考虑一下三点改进。 1.在预处理中我们确实是根据肤色把人脸和手势都检出,认定为待检测区域。对每个区域都用了viola-jones,如果这个检测器你训练的好,应该就不会将人脸误检测出来。(例如我在训练这个viola-jones的时候,我就添加了大量的人脸最为负样本,减少检测时对人脸的误检出,当然这样训练时间和难度会增加) 2.即使你的viola-jones训练的不足够好,或者你为了保证recall而做一些trade-off,使得你的检测器会偶尔检测出人脸区域。但是在我们算法的后处理上,我们将不连续检出(超过3帧并且iou大于0.8)的框都会去掉,从而使得viola-jones零星检出的误检测(可能是人脸,这个是高发区域),被我们删除掉。 3.回到1里面我们将人脸区域通过预处理检测出来,但是如果某一个预处理检出的区域长期不大幅度变化也不产生任何检出,算法的前处理会把他锁死,也就是说viola-jones不再会检测这个区域直到他发生变化。真实测试里,人脸就是这样的区域。
所以综合以上三点的改进,我在自己实测和比赛期间基本不会出现把人脸误检测为手势。
