This too ambitious for a current release? Maybe a v2 milestone? I think it's a much, much more elegant solution to the current method.

I had that in mind! I think once we get to a closer and more stable product that is definitely where we want to go. I think it would be a "last" step for a milestone. Thanks for the input!

Hi @AndroidKitKat - this was actually implemented in a PR a while back by @sambattalio, but at the time the project was in its early stages, so we reverted back to the original project structure. Now that we have things more organized (src/, tests/, etc) I think we could and should work this in!
