Area lights are the exterior environmental lights that exist in Light.dbc. They are spherical in nature, are positioned by xyz coordinates, and are composed of several color and param values in various DBCs. It'd be really nifty to visualize them on the minimap.

Perhaps we could consider a layer system to turn on and off certain visualizations?
