Provide separate page for release notes of each version

Currently, all release notes are available only from http://wisdom-framework.org/releases . It would be great to also have http://wisdom-framework.org/releases/{versionNumber}

The current release page show all the released and it's easy to see the release notes thanks to the collapse zone. We could eventually put an anchor for each release.
