用插件导出的.md中公式前的换行符被吞，导致渲染出错。zotero自带的导出功能没有这个问题。

Same problem here.

• The symbol \ that is directly modified in the markdown file will disappear after synchronizing.
• Adding \ inside the Zotero note will lead to \\ in the markdown file, causing latex compile error
