macOS has a Transformations submenu in its contextual menus by default, but Zotero doesn’t use the Mac’s default system, so there’s no easy way to make text upper or lower case.
Why do you need this feature?
I’m often referring to article titles in Notes, and I’d like an easy way to ensure consistent capitalization.

Alternatives you've considered
Copying and pasting the text into another app, transforming it, then copying and pasting it back.
