Upload speed issue on Windows 10?

I'm experiencing an issue where upload speed via wireproxy seems to be like ~5mbps (whereas my cap is ~50 mbps and I can get 40+ using wireguard + vpn provider's socks proxy).

The download is completely fine (at 200+ mbps).

Are there ways to troubleshot this?
