Live Firebase data format

Opening a ticket to track anything that should be in the final back-end solution that will update data to Firebase @dereklieu @smit1678 feel free to add.

1. Names of object properties should be in lowercase.
2. Standardized IDs/names for matching case data to geometries. We're currently using 'Country reporting' and 'Province Reporting' to match to the geometries. We'll update if the shapefiles change. @abeisgreat , are there any better IDs in the raw data?
3. Date in ISO 8601 format (UTC timezone if it gets that specific)
