Make data available via API

Hi WFP devs,

This is a feature request.

I work for an international NGO that helps children in extreme poverty (see us at www.compassion.com). We are trying to allocate resources to our Program countries (e.g., Togo, Sri Lanka, etc.) more effectively, particularly with regard to food instability, but are having a difficult time accurately overlaying our Program footprint with available food insecurity data. Ideally, we would like to combine the geospatial data from our partners in the field with WFP data. Is there any way that the food insecurity data in the HungerMapLIVE view could be made available via API so that we can fetch/blend it with our organizations' internal data?
