Getting the commit message file name for commit-msg hooks #67

Description

@MeltingMosaic

I am trying to append a message to a commit as part of a commit hook, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the name of the file to edit. The default template does not take the command line parameter passed to the commit-msg hook. Is there a way to make this work?
