I appreciate there's been a change in ownership, but just wondering if you can give any estimate for when a Craft 4 version may be available?

I'd like to second @jamiepittock's comment — understandable that the ownership change might add some challenges, but it would be really helpful to have an estimate of when this might be updated for Craft 4. This is one of two remaining blockers for us upgrading.
