REQ: integrate Yamm 3 (bootstrap 3 mega menu)

Yamm 3 would make an excellent default menu for this theme. http://geedmo.github.io/yamm3/

It's built on bootstrap 3, and provides a production ready menu (as apposed to overly simplistic one that ships with bootstrap 3.x)

I would be open to reviewing a pull request, for sure. I'm not sold on bloating the boilerplate with code that can't be reused across the majority of websites, you know?

In the develop branch, I've been working on a rewrite that removes a lot of the bloat I feel populates this version. The develop branch is also moving to SASS and Foundation, so I imagine there'll be two projects maintained side-by-side.
