Detach old upstream

Can you detach the upstream repository from the original place: https://github.com/jrconlin/vapid?

The goal is to have the main source code in your account:

• https://github.com/web-push-libs/vapid

The upstream is very old, obsolete since 2017-04-25 and archived since 2020-11-06.

Contributors will be showed in project, etc.

I don't have a problem with it. Just looks like it requires a bit of juggling on my side so that things don't break. I didn't see a clean way to just break the chain with out either rebuilding the repo or contacting GitHub.
