The great renaming

Remove the lowercase aliases for the dataset classes

• adult() -> deleted
• compas() -> deleted

Algorithm renames

• Kamiran -> Reweighting – done in Rename some things #687
• Upsampler -> Oversampler @MylesBartlett

Metrics renames

• per_sensitive_attribute() is too long – done in Rename some things #687

evaluate_models_async() -> evaluate_models_parallel()
run_async() -> run_parallel()

I think we should go one step further and make the async/parallel version the standard. We've spoken about this for evaluate_models, but we could do it with run too
