Error during :PackerSync (vim.schedule)

I wasn't sure if I should make an issue or not because it doesn't seem like anyone else is experiencing this exact issue, so I'm doing this.

Every time I run :PackerSync, I get this output:

packer.compile: Complete
Error executing vim.schedule lua callback: ...ite/pack/packer/start/packer.nvim/lua/packer/display.lua:207: Index out of bounds
Press ENTER or type command to continue

I experience these issues across all devices I use my dotfiles on, so there is a chance it has something to do with my configuration, but I wouldn't expect that to be the issue (I don't use many advanced packer features). Are there any ideas why this might be happening?
