Add the bootstrap as default

Hello, first thanks for the docs including the bootstrap process.
I clone my .dotfile to a new machine and have some difficulties to packer find my plugins. Resolved after I use the bootstrap configuration here.

I don't know much but would be great to include the bootstrap inside the code to create a more simple configuration.
