new vulnerabilities detection uses memory to allocate data

After several hours trying to get it working, I realize that default memory allocated for managers (512Mi) is not enough to run them. I've updated it to 1Gi and it was able to download all data without crashing manager's pod. I've also realized that it can be set only to worker manger pod. Perhaps it must be reviewed here at worker manager sts.
