When a user uploads local file A using the "create new array from CSV" block, updates A locally, and then re-uploads A from the file picker, the old version of A is still used.

However, the updated file is properly uploaded when the following occurs:

  1. file A is uploaded
  2. file A is changed locally
  3. file B is uploaded
  4. file A is uploaded
