It should at include cut/copy/paste/clear. As features such as undo/redo, indent, wrap, etc. stabilize they should be added as well.

Until browsers (more than just Firefox) support a true pasteboard API we're stuck with hacks and work-arounds. As noted in #900, exposing cut/copy/paste in a context menu only makes sense on mobile, for now.
