Detect source deployment update

Why

At the time I created this controller, I imagined people would use this for temporary checks like canary deploy or dev purposes.
But after using this controller for a while, some people started using this to create a deployment that lasts as long as months.
Current controller implementation doesn't follow the source deployment update, which might cause unexpected deployment.

What

Recreate or update the copied deployment when the source is updated.
