Another possibility is that you are running AeroZoom.exe with certain system configuration where it failed to access C:\Users\josq\Download\AeroZoom\Data\.
Could you please try the below:
Move the AeroZoom directory to e.g. C:\AeroZoom in case there is some non-English character in the path which causes such inaccessibility
Run AeroZoom.exe as administrator (right click > Run as Administrator)
