Q: 使用outlook邮件通知，报错认证不成功 || Q: Using Outlook email notification, error authentication failed

Describe the bug | 问题描述

按照评论通知的配置，使用outlook邮箱发生会报错:

Authentication unsuccessful, basic authentication is disabled.

这个可能是outlook修改认证方式导致的，具体可以参考nodemailer的这个issues#1485。

按照nodemailer开发者的建议，outlook需要使用以下验证方式：

目前waline的认证逻辑并不支持OAuth2认证，请问是否有计划适配一下？

Describe the bug | Problem description

According to the configuration of Comment Notification, an error will be reported when using Outlook mailbox:

Authentication failed, basic authentication is disabled.

This may be caused by Outlook changing the authentication method. For details, please refer to nodemailer’s issues#1485.

According to the suggestions of nodemailer developers, Outlook needs to use the following verification methods:

Currently waline's authentication logic does not support OAuth2 authentication. Is there any plan? Adapt it?
