I worked on this previously but I will like it to be reviewed again.

The Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines provides that content authors are able to create contents without having to use markups. I believe the feature falls under an accessible feature as the authors are able to select heading sizes in a manner that is navigable with the use of keyboard interfaces.

@ArafatAbdussalam please make sure you understand what you’re working on. What you did in #338 isn’t a good use of time for anyone – we can’t have documentation so heavily based on screenshots, and this point you’re reporting on is specifically about _ rich text fields_.
