[Editors] Relationship between WoT Architecture and related specs

As pointed out by issue #996, we need to see the relationship among the WoT specs and guarantee necessary description is included in proper documents.

As the starting point, I'd suggest we start with the Step 1 within the issue #996, i.e., Web of Things (WoT) Architecture 1.1 and the other specs to see if there is any overlap and/or missing description.
