WPT /interfaces/html.idl not synchronized

c906985 from a week ago still hasn't made its way into WPT. I thought that normally it would be at most a day delayed?

I merged #1736 which will release the NPM package. That should then be synced into WPT by GitHub actions.

I'll look into releasing a new version later on today.

FWIW, delay is more "at most a (good) week". That is, we usually review and issue new releases on a weekly basis, and there are sometimes delays when something's broken (in this case, the fact that NPM tokens are no longer available, also the migration of FXTF drafts to the CSSWG repository).

I just published a new version of @webref/idl with the Origin interface. Closing this issue accordingly. New version should reach WPT once the interfaces GitHub action runs on WPT side.

Confirmed the Origin interface is back in the most recent webidl roll. I'll commit it shortly.
