This is an issue with respec. As you can see here: https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/blob/gh-pages/model/wd2/index-nametemplate.html#L373 We don't manually name the anchors at all. |
In other words, while I agree this would be useful, I do not believe it qualifies as "Errata" and proposed to remove ErratumRaised, and instead treat as guidance for future specification management. |
well.. I'm not familiar with the mechanism used to generate the anchors, but there are definitely some inconsistencies within the specifications document on their usage.
The thing identified at point 1. is probably something we would like to correct for V1. The anchor numbering described in 2., is probably a nice to have, it doesn't really affect the understanding of the text (only its re-usability/user experience) . I hope it can be solved by added the missing headings, without the need to indicate them in the errata. |

It seems that the naming of anchors is not synchronized with the name/numbering of the examples.
It would be usefull to keep them in sync
