Similar to my question on EOWG thread, how can we best reflect progress for groups with cyclical milestones, such as WCAG WG's "Techniques" and "Understanding" docs that the group has been chartered to continue updating & expanding with semi-annual publications (and has done pretty much on schedule, as well).

Hopefully will also soon have an updated charter for new Rec-track work on WCAG 2.1. But in the meantime, not having a way to display the progress on the kinds of milestones that they've already been chartered for, probably gives a false impression that the group hasn't been making progress.

WCAG 2.1 is the tip of the iceberg but the Notes associated with it are all Notes.
