The concept of an extended RDF where the subject and object positions can be any RDF terms has come up multiple times.
It would be useful to define this (non-normatively) so we have a common terminology for this concept. This would not be a change to RDF itself.
This is not generalized RDF which allows any RDF term type in the property position of a triple, as well as subject and object positions.
The name "Symmetric RDF" has been suggested by @niklasl.
