I think we should try to keep the history after all. I'll give that a try.

Coming back to this, I don't think the approach we used for the other repos works out for aria-common since we already have a folder with a history. However, well, we have a folder with a history.

Moving issues is probably not that useful since aria-common has so few of them (and future ones can be filed here).

This leaves w3c/aria-common#106 which I will re-create. I don't see a way to maintain its 94 commits but perhaps that's for the best. Ultimately, this is a refactoring so we primarily need an unchanged HTML output.

Oh, there's one other thing: the eslint setup from aria-common should probably be moved here.
