Other comments: As with the Privacy Principles doc, we are in new territory here regarding wide review of statement track documents so please feel free to let me know if you'd prefer to this review request to come in another form.

APA WG is happy to sign off on this document; we note the document makes the importance of accessibility (and other HR areas) prominent.

Our members had some editorial thoughts/suggestions which may be filed as issues on the repo in due course. Consensus is that we're happy to see this document progress as-is.
