Hello, Prochitecture, thank you very much for your tool, it is really powerful, I have a few questions or small suggestions:
When I tested it, if I chose the highest level of detail "buildings with more details", and the selection area on the map was relatively large, such as Florence, Italy, which is about 16.7x9.4km, the model downloaded in the end may be only a small part. I don't know if there is any better way to solve this problem. So I can only download maps with a smaller selection area, such as 1.8x1.8km, which took about 2 hours. The effect is very good, but there are some small holes. I don't know if there is any good way to solve the appearance of these holes. Therefore, in order to be able to download multiple maps of the same size and just connect the borders, so that they can be connected to a relatively complete city later, I can only put the four vertex controllers of the selection area on the map grid as much as possible, but there will be a problem at this time, that is, the vertex controller does not have the function of absorbing the points of the map grid. I hope that this function can be added, so that it is more convenient for us to generate multiple city map models and stitch them together more perfectly to reduce the problem of duplication or seams.

Hi @yytssln

Thank you for using the Blosm addon.

I got report from other customers that the number of tiles that can be downloaded in one go is somehow limited.

Can your problem be solved by dividing a large area into a number of smaller contiguous areas?

Hi @vvoovv, thank you for the addon and for answering the questions. I've tried to download a part of a mountain (ca. 4x4 km) for my father-in-law to print it, but it downloaded only a string of tiles (i tried the highest resolution). I assume it is because the limit on number of downloaded tiles that you mentioned. Is there a way to increase the number of downloaded tiles, or will it be changed in future updates?

Hi @Ivkolya

We can't influence the limit on the side of the Google Cloud. Try starting with the lowest level of details. Then increase the level of details gradually.
