Make features a clickable link in home layout

At the moment the features dont have any functionality except for displaying some text.
It would be great if the features could be an actual clickable element.

features:
  - title: not clickable
    details: some text
    
  - title: clickable feature
    details: Lorem ipsum...
    link: /vitepress-example

There is already a PR open for this: #1070

As far as I can see the PR enables clickable links inside the features.
But does it also make the entire feature clickable or only the texts inside it?
