Looking at your minimal reproduction, I don't think you made a separate component, but is there anything in the component window at all?
I mean I'm just wondering if the minimum or thing is not printed at all

We have the same problem. Using chrome, v6.6.3 of vue devtools (legacy). Using vue1 (it worked until latest update).

The vue devtools are just totally blank, no components or data.
