NPM releases for @vue/apollo-util missing

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I am currently using version 4.0.0-beta.6 of @vue/apollo-util but I would love to update to the newest (and stable) version 4.0.2.
Unfortunately, this version is not released for @vue/apollo-util.
Is this on purpose? Is there any reason for this?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@vue/apollo-util?activeTab=versions
2. See that the newest version is 4.0.0-beta.6

Expected behavior
version 4.0.2 is released.
