review camptocamp dashboards

[bastelfreak]

camptocamp has as a dashboard available to analyse modules and to calculate a score (how urgent is the next release). It displays some data from github. We should checkout what it does, how it works, if we can implement it as well and if we have features that should be implemented into their dashboard.
