Hi,

I'm missing support for the quorum option to add members.

rabbitmq-queues add_member --node rabbit@node01 -p {vhost_name} {queue_name} rabbit@node02(3)

Would be nice to have an option to define the members to a quormed queue so you have replicated members, can you add this functionality for me in this module ?
