Mysql orchestrator container pull failed during ./up

Running ./up results in a few failures. One of them is pulling the mysql orchestrator image. Please see the attached image.

Note, I also tried pulling the image in docker and get:

docker pull ghcr.io/voxoco/orchestrator-sidecar:latest
Error response from daemon: Head "https://ghcr.io/v2/voxoco/orchestrator-sidecar/manifests/latest": unauthorized
