Sub-Organization Management

As an admin, I want to create and manage sub-organizations within my organization so that I can delegate management tasks.

Tasks:

• Sub-organization management UI to create sub-organizations.
• Check if the org has a plan that allows to create a sub-organization or if the nº of suborgs are reached. Show the "Subcription modal" if one of the 2 conditions are meet.
• Check if the logged admin has permissions to create sub-orgs.
• Integration with organization management API.
• Success and error notifications.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Admin can create, update, and delete sub-organizations.
• Changes are reflected immediately after saving.
• Appropriate success or error messages are displayed based on the outcome.
