Describe the solution you'd like
Okta appears to have some limited support for headless login with MFA. This implies that Pinniped could detect when Okta is being used and offer some limited support. This could be really tricky since there are situations when only the pinniped CLI is used and situations when both the pinniped CLI and the Supervisor are being used. Would probably be extremely difficult to implement in those cases with the Pinniped Supervisor.
